Novaotto

Soothing oil for the body and hair with Olive oil and Aloe extract. It nourishes and moisturises the skin, protecting against harmful action of free radicals. It is excellent as a massage oil and has a soothing effect on irritation caused by sun exposure or waxing. Also ideal for the most delicate skin types. On the scalp, it detoxifies and soothes, while on the hair, it strengthens, nourishes and protects the brilliance of the color. To be used in combination with Philip Martin’s Wash products.

Olive Oil

It is extracted from the fruit of the olive tree which is common in the Mediterranean landscape. It is rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals, vitamin E, orthodiphenols, phytosterols, tocopherols and squalene (also present in human sebum.) It performs several functions on the scalp: moisturises and nourishes; it has a soothing and protective, repairing action and, above all, it counteracts skin aging. It also makes hair shine, revitalising and replenishing it.

Aloe Barbadensis Extract

It is generally believed that the strong  anti-inflammatory, moisturising and  emollient qualities of aloe vera are due  to the presence of polysaccharides  (glucomannan, galactose, pentose, uric acid) within the plant; it is also probable that  the beneficial effects of the extracts on the  skin are the outcome of a synergistic effect  of the polysaccharides with other active  ingredients present in the gel. For instance, aloe contains: amino acids,  acids (citric, malic, succinic), various  enzymes, saponins, anthracene compounds  and minerals.

Home Use Body:

Use as a massage oil. For a soothing effect, apply on the skin after a shower or after waxing. Hair and Scalp: Apply Olive & Aloe on dry scalp and hair, massage and leave on for 5 to 15 minutes.

Professional Use Scalp:

Starting from the center of the forehead, divide hair into two sections. Apply the product using the tip of the brush bristles and proceed to the whole head by creating sections of 3 cm parallel to the previous one. After applying the product all over the scalp, massage it. If there is no scalp irritation or excess sebum, the use of Vaporetto is recommended for a greater product performance. Leave on:

• 5 minutes in case of mild dehydration or scalp flaking;
• 10 minutes in case of considerable dehydration or scalp flaking also with irritation;
• 15 minutes in case of severe dehydration or scalp flaking also with irritation.

Professional skin:

Apply the product on the skin after the shower or to perform a massage.

On hair:

Separate hair in strands ranging from 2 to 5 cm, depending on the level of dehydration and apply Olive & Aloe along the lengths, then massage. If there is no scalp irritation or excess sebum, the use of Vaporetto is recommended for a greater product performance. Leave on: 5 minutes if the hair is not very damaged; 10 minutes if the hair is very damaged. At the shampoo station, emulsify the product with a small quantity of water and continue the ritual with the specific Philip Martin’s Wash.

Volumising shampoo ideal for thin and chemically treated hair. Rich in revitalising active ingredients, it gently cleanses the hair without being aggressive. It gives volume and adds sheen and body to the hair from the first use. It contains surfactants from vegetal origin.

Organic Babassu Oil

Thanks to its content of lauric acid, a component similar to the substances that make up the hair shaft, this oil can be found in the formulations of nourishing shampoos and conditioners used for cleansing delicate, dry and dull hair.

Organic Red Grapevine Extract

Extracted from the leaves of the plant. Rich in flavonoids, substances that stand out for their strong anti-oxidising activity against free radicals. Also used for its regenerating and toning properties on the skin, it positively influences the vascular permeability.

Organic Yarrow Extract

The name derives from the legend of the Trojan War. Achilles used these plants during the siege of Troy to heal the wounds of Telephus. The plant it’s well known for having anti- seborrheic, anti-inflammatory and firming properties.

Home Use

Apply a small amount of product on the palms of your hands, emulsify and distribute by massaging it on damp scalp. Rinse thoroughly.

Professional Use

Wet the scalp and hair completely. Activate the Wash by rubbing it on the palms of your hands until a white cream is obtained. Proceed by massaging the product evenly over the entire scalp. Rinse thoroughly and repeat the action if necessary. Proceed with the appropriate Rinse.

Colour conditioner enriched with natural emollient substances such as Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil and Shea Butter. Ideal for maintaining a long-lasting colour, avoiding hair dryness or modifying the colour tones by brightening up the dull colours without damaging the hair structure.

Organic Jojoba Oil

The oil is obtained from seeds. One of its key features that is used in the cosmetic field is its ease of absorption by the epidermis because, due to its chemical structure, it penetrates through the sebaceous follicles. It is also not comedogenic. It is effective in controlling the loss of skin moisture, ensuring a magnificent non occlusive emollient effect.

Argan Oil

It is called “the green gold of Morocco”. It is extremely rich in many vitamins (especially vitamin E), fatty acids and natural antioxidants. The oil is obtained from the large nuts of the argan tree and has excellent anti-aging properties. It contains flavonoids which act as anti-inflammatories and Tocopherols which help prevent free radical damage.

Shea Butter

Shea butter has emollient, moisturising, soothing and protective properties for the scalp, being able to counteract dryness and fragility of the hair. It has antioxidant features that neutralise the action of free radicals.

Home Use

Apply an appropriate amount of product on washed and towel-dried hair. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. The use of gloves is recommended when applying and rinsing the product. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, rinse with water.

Into Henna Colouring:

Add a 20% percentage of Color IT, calculating the amount in proportion to the Henna powder, to intensify or soften the tonalities of hair colour.

Organic Chestnut Extract

Obtained from Italian chestnuts cultivated and grown in organic farms. Chemical treatments (bleaching, colouring, straightening, etc.) strongly stress the hair, weakening and obstructing its natural ability to retain water. This ingredient counteracts these effects.

Prickly Pear Extract

Similar to the leaves of its fruit, prickly pear extract has high protective properties. It has a firming and toning function on the skin thanks to its vasoconstrictive action. It has an emollient and antioxidant effect on the hair. Furthermore, it stimulates hair regrowth thanks to the presence of vitamins C and E.

Corn, Soy and Wheat Proteins

Macadamia Oil

Macadamia oil is suitable for frizzy and brittle hair because it contains oleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid and omega 3.
